Red Seal Chef Eraj honed his culinary artistry in the Toronto restaurant scene and now holds the position of executive chef at the Fairmont Winnipeg. “E,” as his regulars fondly call him, has catered events such as the Much Music Video Awards and the Toronto International Film Festival, and on November 20, he’ll be serving up inspired cuisine from Louisiana, Cape Breton and Mexico at curated food stations at our Folk Fest in the City fundraising party for our community programs.
