Here’s What’s Up In The Music Store

Record Store Day was a huge success! F.C. Coconut played an eclectic mix of breakbeats and world music. If you liked what you heard in store, check out his radio show on UMFM called Turkish Delight.

Although we sold most of what we got in, we still have a few Record Store Day releases left for sale:

Deep Purple The Book of Taliesyn LP
Ennio Morricone Spasmo OST LP
Hedwig and the Angry Inch OST LP

We will likely be getting late shipments of Record Store Day stock, so stay tuned for more choice releases!

What’s Playing in the Music Store?

Marie-France’s pick: Jessica Pratt On Your Own Love Again. Jessica Pratt is playing the festival this year and has a new album out on Drag City records. Sounds like: early British folk meets Joanna Newsom

Chrys’ pick: Adrian Younge presents The Delfonics. Out on Wax Poetics Records, this album is for fans of philly soul, J Dilla and Madlib!
